The Icon Museum and Study Center serves as a place for education, contemplation, and experiencing the beauty and spirituality of icons. Our specialized Research Library provides an open and accessible environment for researchers and enthusiasts seeking to deepen their understanding of Orthodox and other Eastern Christian art from all regions and periods. In partnership with the College of the Holy Cross, the Research Library is searchable through WorldCat via the Holy Cross library system, making its materials available to scholars, students, and the general public worldwide.
The library, located on the first floor of the Icon Museum, welcomes visitors by appointment.
