Films: Echo of the Festival
The Icon Museum and Study CenterJoin us for a showing of two documentary films from the NYC Independent Eastern European documentary film festival, Famine (2023, 77 min) and Theodore Strawinsky: I Paint Not as I See, but as I Look (2024, 30 min). There will be an intermission and light refreshments. Both films have English subtitles.
Afternoon with the Author: Glenn Peers
The Icon Museum and Study CenterJoin us and author Glenn Peers in our Museum Shop on January 24th at 1:00pm for an insightful peek into the making of Peers’ Byzantine Media Subjects followed by a short reading from his book and a Q&A, alongside complimentary tea, coffee, and treats.
